Your phone number, first name, timezone, wake times and settings. The calls you set up: when they ring and what they're for. Text transcripts of calls, so we can see whether you woke up and improve the characters. What you tell your caller, if you choose to: what you're getting up for, your first step and the first thing on a morning. The caller only uses a morning's plan on that morning, and these never go to friends or analytics. Messages friends send through your link, which are checked automatically before they're kept, and any you report. A record of each time someone agreed to get calls, with the time and wording, because the law asks us to keep proof. How the app and this site are used, such as screens viewed and buttons tapped. This site uses no cookies.
If you set up a medication call, the medicine you name and when it rings are health information. We use them only to make that call: your caller reminds you, and nothing more. They never go to analytics, advertisers or friends, and we never sell them. Delete the call, or your account, and they're gone from our database. More in our consumer health data policy.
Telnyx places your calls and texts your sign-in code. ElevenLabs turns what you say on calls into text, and your caller's replies into speech. Anthropic's Claude writes your caller's replies, and reads what you type, say or screenshot to set up calls. Of what you type, say or screenshot to set up calls, we keep only the calls you save, never the pictures. Payments are handled by Apple. Error reports go to Sentry. Usage analytics go to PostHog, with how long each of Claude’s replies took and what it cost, but not what was said. These are tied to an account ID, not your phone number. Each of these companies may use what we send them only to do this work for us.
We don't sell your information, share it for advertising, show ads, or track you across other apps and websites.
As long as your account is open. Deleting your account in the app removes your data from our database right away, apart from the records of who agreed to calls, which the law asks us to keep. The services above delete their copies on their own schedules.
Say "stop" on any call, or use the stop page, and we won't call your number again. You can delete any call, or your whole account, in the app.
You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to help@reuleaux.app with the phone number on your account, so we can check it's you. We answer within 45 days, or 30 days if you live in Canada. People in California, Washington and other states with privacy laws, and in Canada, have these rights by law, and we give them to everyone. Using them never changes how we treat you.
In Canada, you can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or in Quebec to the Commission d'accès à l'information.
We're a US company. Your information is stored and processed in the United States, by us and by the companies above, so the law there applies to it, including when courts or authorities there lawfully ask for it. If you live in Canada, this means your information leaves Canada to make your calls.
Everything travels encrypted, and only the people who run the service can reach your information, only when they need to. No service is perfectly secure, so if something happens that affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.
Rory is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger, and we delete it if we find we have.
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. Questions go to Reuleaux Inc at help@reuleaux.app. Our privacy officer is responsible for protecting your information, and reads what's sent there.
